Recently, the Equipment Department of New Energy Industry Group's Quzhou Base organized integrity training for employees. Through case warnings and policy education, the training aimed to strengthen employees' integrity awareness, standardize professional conduct, and foster a clean and upright work environment.

To further enhance employees' integrity awarenes, the Audit and Supervision Center recently organized three specialized integrity training sessions at Huayou Indonesia Nickel Industry Group’s Beijing office, covering 15 core departments including Domestic Finance, Pyrometallurgy Research Institute, Design, Equipment, and Cost Control, with 113 employees participating to reinforce their ethical foundation.

To deepen the construction of honesty and compliant operations in overseas regions and promote the deep integration of supervision work with international business, recently, Xi Hong, General Manager of the Company's Audit and Supervision Center, Zhao Yan, Minister of the Supervision Department, and their team visited the Indonesian Nickel Industry Group to carry out the supervision grid construction project.

In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of anti-corruption and compliance, and actively respond to the company's call for the construction of an integrity culture, the Audit and Supervision Center and the African Region Management Headquarters have jointly made efforts.

Recently, legal scholars from China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, and Jiaxing University visited Huayou Cobalt to explore collaborative pathways in private enterprise compliance management and integrity system development.

To thoroughly implement national security requirements and enhance awareness of counter-espionage among employees in key sensitive positions, HuaYou organized a specialized training program titled“National Security and Counter-Espionage Prevention”on February 27, 2025. The event included a visit to the Four-Province Border Regional Comprehensive National Security Education Center and a professional lecture, aimed at elevating employees’capabilities to address security risks in daily operations.
